Meghan is amazing at her ability to assess what work needs to be done for my body, then gets to it. I have been getting Rolfing work from her for the past 4 years or so. She is getting better and better. I am so grateful to have found someone who has found her calling and is working at the peak of her game.

This was my first time and after the session with Meghan I felt so much ease in my body. We focused on my hips and lower back. I could feel the difference right away. Only thing to caution, walking up to her house is a bit confusing if you are not familiar with Kennicott and have no cell service.

I have dealt with a number of back, neck and shoulder issues for years which I believed were “chronic” and that I would just need to accept as “normal”. After just a few sessions with Meghan, however, I now have great relief and improved movement in all those areas! The treatments are non painful, non stressful and Meghan is very respectful and professional. I highly recommend her.
