This is a 75 minute Rolfing session as usual. Calling it a class is simply the work around to make this calendar program offer specific times. My office is at 238 Old Dawson Rd. in Old Girdwood. It is a small building behind the main one, and the boardwalk down the left side of the main building leads straight to it with "Balance" signs to guide you. Please don't block the driveway for the people who need to access it around to the right side of the building. Thank you!

This session requires you to have an open space that is at least 9'x12' for me to set up my table, as well as the promise of no interruptions for the duration of the session. Because of set up and take down and the inevitable working out of how to use your space, I allow 2 hours for this event. Normally, these are done on travel days between Kennicott and Girdwood (Copper Valley Basin or anywhere along the Glenn hwy) or in Anchorage on a day adjacent to my Girdwood visits. They can be in the McCarthy area too if you prefer me to come to you and you have the space.
