This session requires you to have an open space that is at least 9'x12' for me to set up my table, as well as the promise of no interruptions for the duration of the session. Because of set up and take down and the inevitable working out of how to use your space, I allow 2 hours for this event. Normally, these are done on travel days between Kennicott and Girdwood (Copper Valley Basin or anywhere along the Glenn hwy) or in Anchorage on a day adjacent to my Girdwood visits. They can be in the McCarthy area too if you prefer me to come to you and you have the space. Please contact me directly to work out this sort of appointment.

Girdwood Rolfing Session

This is a 75 minute Rolfing session as usual. Calling it a class is simply the work around to make this calendar program offer specific times. My office is at 238 Old Dawson Rd. in Old Girdwood. It is a small building behind the main one, and the boardwalk down the left side of the main building leads straight to it with "Balance" signs to guide you. Please don't block the driveway for the people who need to access it around to the right side of the building. Thank you!

Kennicott Rolfing Session

This is a 75 minute Rolfing session as usual. Calling it a class is simply the work around to make this calendar program offer specific times. My office is at my home in Kennicott on a bench above Silk Stocking Row. It is a short walk from the shuttle bus turnaround or you may drive right into my yard. I am at the very top of the steep driveway up nearest the green footbridge. It requires 4WD and we use 4 low to avoid spinning ruts. You can park below if it is intimidating- just stay back from the turn at the base.

Meghan has a unique approach to Rolfing that I find very healing and helpful. Specifically my right hip, I had a hip replacement in 2017, it was aching and would wake me up during the nights. It’s been five days now without any ache! Wonderful relief and better sleeping. Thank you so much!

This was my first time and after the session with Meghan I felt so much ease in my body. We focused on my hips and lower back. I could feel the difference right away. Only thing to caution, walking up to her house is a bit confusing if you are not familiar with Kennicott and have no cell service.
